Drumming With Understanding was written by the Drummer's Program founder Dan Lauby. It is the foundation of the Drummer's Program and a required text for our students. It is endorsed by many notable players and music institutions around the world including Andy Newmark, Vinnie Calaiuta, Murray State University, and the University of Colorado.
